Alison Gill

Alison Gill is the Director of Nominations & Democracy for the National Women’s Law Center, where she leads and manages the Law Center’s work on strategies concerning judicial and executive nominations. Further, Alison leads the organization’s growing democracy portfolio, which includes voting rights, civil rights, and institutional and court reforms as they intersect with gender justice issues. Prior to her work with the Law Center, Alison served as Vice President for Legal & Policy for American Atheists, where she managed the organization’s federal and state advocacy for religious equality and litigation activities to protect the separation of religion and government.
